About Matt

Matt is a corporate real estate advisor and partner at The Broderick Group.  Since 2002 he primarily represents institutional landlords throughout the Puget sound with a focus on the Bellevue and Seattle office markets.  Matt takes pride in always thinking about the long game when it comes to his clients and as a result has been fortunate enough to be a part of teams that have executed some of the largest and most complicated transactions in the region over the last 5-7 years.  

Matt is a Seattle area native and lives in Bellevue with his wife Kelsey, and four daughters Kailey, Emma, Mallory and Madelyn.  He loves the Seahawks, Mariners, and Kraken and on the weekends is a passionate skier, hiker and cyclist.
